Information collected
The forms may collect your name, company, phone number, optional email address, preferred contact method, project or technical details, form source and any optional files submitted for an MWM or equipment enquiry.
How it is used
The information is used to review the requirement, direct it to the appropriate internal contact and follow up the enquiry. It is not used to create a public project record without a separate review and approval process.
Storage and access
A copy of the enquiry is stored in the website’s WordPress administration area. In the current setup, the enquiry records are restricted to site administrators. Records remain there until they are no longer operationally needed or an authorised administrator removes them; no automatic fixed retention period is currently applied.
Email and hosting systems
Enquiry information may pass through the website hosting environment and configured email systems so it can be delivered to the responsible contact. Pasargad Power does not sell or publicly publish enquiry information.
Attachments
Optional images and PDFs are validated, copied temporarily, attached to the routed email and removed from the temporary location after processing. They are not added to the public WordPress Media Library. File names and processing errors may remain in the private enquiry record.
Confidential information
Please do not submit confidential, export-controlled or otherwise restricted information unless it is necessary and you are authorised to share it. An initial enquiry can usually be made with a limited technical summary.
Correction or removal requests
To ask for a correction or removal of enquiry information, email info@pasargadpower.com. The team may need enough information to identify the relevant enquiry before acting on the request.
